Keto Matcha Fat Bombs

These keto matcha fat bombs are a tasty way to promote ketosis! With green tea matcha powder, coconut oil and coconut butter, it's the perfect "fat-burning" combination.

Ingredients
  

  • 100 g Cocoa butter
  • 110 g Coconut butter
  • 125 ml Sugar-free maple syrup
  • 80 ml Double cream
  • 3 tbsp Coconut oil
  • 2 scoops Matcha MCT powder
  • 2 tsp Vanilla essence

Instructions
 

  • Add all the ingredients to a small saucepan and place over a low heat.
  • Heat until the cocoa butter has melted, and stir to combine all the ingredients.
  • Pour the mixture into an 8x8 inch square cake pan lined with parchment paper.
  • Set in the fridge for 3 hours, or until firm.
  • Cut into 24 pieces and serve.
