- 130 g Almonds chopped
- 130 g Walnuts chopped
- 130 g Unsweetened coconut flakes
- 35 g Sesame seeds
- 15 g Flax seeds
- 15 g Chia seeds
- 1/2 tsp Ground clove
- 1 1/2 tsp Ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp Pure vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 Egg white large
- 50 g Coconut oil melted
Preheat the oven to 170°C (fan) and grease a baking sheet with cooking spray.
In a large bowl, mix together almonds, walnuts, coconut flakes, sesame seeds, flax seeds and chia seeds. Stir in cloves, cinnamon, vanilla and salt.
Beat the eggwhite until its foamy, and stir into the granola. Add the coconut oil and stir until everything is well coated.
Pour the mixture onto the baking sheet and spread into an even layer. Bake for 20 - 25 minutes, or until golden. Gently stirring halfway through.
Let cool completely before transferring into an airtight container.
