Ingredients
  

  • 130 g Almonds chopped
  • 130 g Walnuts chopped
  • 130 g Unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 35 g Sesame seeds
  • 15 g Flax seeds
  • 15 g Chia seeds
  • 1/2 tsp Ground clove
  • 1 1/2 tsp Ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Pure vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 Egg white large
  • 50 g Coconut oil melted

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 170°C (fan) and grease a baking sheet with cooking spray.
  • In a large bowl, mix together almonds, walnuts, coconut flakes, sesame seeds, flax seeds and chia seeds. Stir in cloves, cinnamon, vanilla and salt.
  • Beat the eggwhite until its foamy, and stir into the granola. Add the coconut oil and stir until everything is well coated.
  • Pour the mixture onto the baking sheet and spread into an even layer. Bake for 20 - 25 minutes, or until golden. Gently stirring halfway through.
  • Let cool completely before transferring into an airtight container.
