Low-Carb Pizza Sauce
This super simple low-carb pizza sauce takes only 15 minutes to make and perfectly accompanies our low-carb pizza bases.

- 230 ml Tomato passata
- 1 clove Garlic pressed
- 1 tsp Olive oil
- 1 tsp Chopped parsley
- 2 tsp Granulated erythritol
- 1/2 tsp Onion powder
- 1/2 tsp Dried basil
- 1/4 tsp Dried oregano
- 1/4 tsp Red pepper flakes
Pour the olive oil into a small pan and add the garlic. Cook on medium heat until the garlic is fragrant.
Pour the tomato passata into the pan and add the seasoning. Add half of the sweetener and taste, add the rest if needed. Let simmer for about 5 minutes.
Cool and store in an airtight container for up to 5 days in the fridge.
