Low-Carb Pizza Sauce

This super simple low-carb pizza sauce takes only 15 minutes to make and perfectly accompanies our low-carb pizza bases.

Ingredients
  

  • 230 ml Tomato passata
  • 1 clove Garlic pressed
  • 1 tsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Chopped parsley
  • 2 tsp Granulated erythritol
  • 1/2 tsp Onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp Dried basil
  • 1/4 tsp Dried oregano
  • 1/4 tsp Red pepper flakes

Instructions
 

  • Pour the olive oil into a small pan and add the garlic. Cook on medium heat until the garlic is fragrant.
  • Pour the tomato passata into the pan and add the seasoning. Add half of the sweetener and taste, add the rest if needed. Let simmer for about 5 minutes.
  • Cool and store in an airtight container for up to 5 days in the fridge.

Notes

  • This sauce is great for batch cooking and can be frozen and defrosted in the fridge when needed. 
  • This recipe is the perfect accompaniment to our low-carb pizza bases!
