Storage
In an effort to keep our bread as simple and clean as we can make it, our low-carb bread doesn't contain preservatives, which means it has a short shelf life. You might find that your bread is close to its Best Before Date when it arrives. Unless you're going to eat it straight away, we recommend that you freeze the bread on arrival and take out slices when you want them to defrost or toast—still the same great taste!

This isn’t exactly artisan bread – it’s more like cheap supermarket bread of the kind that you buy sliced in a packet – but the fact that it resembles bread at all with this kind of carb content is so impressive that I have to rate it quite highly! It’s a bit soft, without much crust. It’s a shame most of the seeds fell off in the packet; and a shame the buns come out of the packet a little damp. Work great as burger buns if you toast them, and also good for sandwiches. Just don’t eat too many, or the high bfibre content will have a weird effect on your tummy!

Absolutely love these, they are the best tasting low carb bread rolls I’ve ever tried. Make a fantastic bacon roll or pretty much any filling. I buy in bulk and freeze them along with the loaves of bread and just take out what I need from the freezer. Have made a massive difference to my low carb eating. I have hypothyroidism and this type of eating seems to suit me best for keeping my energy levels up and my weight down. I’d highly recommend these rolls and the bread to.

While the bread itself is lovely, much more substantial and ‘bready’ than other low carb breads I have tried, the seeds really need to be mixed into the dough and not just stuck on top as the majority of them end up in the bottom of the packet rendering the purchase of this product pointless!

These rolls (and the plain ones too) have been a game changer for me and my partner. Last night we had burgers in buns and today, we had a fried egg and bacon roll for brunch. They taste delicious with lots of butter and have a really good ‘structural integrity’. My partner thinks they make a better burger bun than a normal brioche.
