These rolls are amazing. I gave up with home made low carb recipes ages ago and just accepted that bread was no longer for me. I am a Type1 diabetic trying to keep my blood sugars as normal as possible with a low carb way of life (approx 60g per day). Trying to find low carb stuff – not diabetic, but very close to pre-diabetic and get huge blood sugar spikes. Thought I would try these based on the reviews and was very pleasantly surprised. Really very good considering the low carbs. Made a very nice bacon, egg and cheese roll. Not perfect – a bit dense, a tiny bit too small and a little salty, but very good trade-off considering the tiny amount of carbs. Would deffo buy again, looking forward to trying some other baked goods from here.
