Ingredients
- 100 g Cocoa butter
- 110 g Coconut butter
- 125 ml Sugar-free maple syrup
- 80 ml Double cream
- 3 tbsp Coconut oil
- 2 scoops Matcha MCT powder
- 2 tsp Vanilla essence
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients to a small saucepan and place over a low heat.
- Heat until the cocoa butter has melted, and stir to combine all the ingredients.
- Pour the mixture into an 8x8 inch square cake pan lined with parchment paper.
- Set in the fridge for 3 hours, or until firm.
- Cut into 24 pieces and serve.
