Cooking Instructions:Â
- Preheat your oven to 170°C (fan).
- Add your sauce, cheese and toppings to the base.
- Place on a rack in the middle of the oven, and cook for 10 minutes until the cheese is golden and melted.

We developed this loaf for type-2 diabetics who miss bread. Obviously, everyone’s body reacts differently, but those who’ve eaten our low-carb loaf have had no discernible blood sugar increase after eating it. We do recommend that check with your doctor before gorging yourself on it, though… This is also a very high-fibre product, so we would caution against eating too much. 1 to 2 slices per day is ideal!
