Heads up if you’re on keto: our bread contains vital wheat gluten which makes it unsuitable for some clean keto diets that strictly exclude grain-derived ingredients. Apologies if you’re vegan—our new recipe requires egg to be used in the mixture.
Important: In an effort to keep our bread as simple and clean as we can make it, our low-carb bread doesn’t contain preservatives, which means it has a short shelf life. You might find that your bread is close to its Best Before Date when it arrives. Unless you’re going to eat it straight away, we recommend that you freeze the bread on arrival and take out slices when you want them to defrost or toast—still the same great taste!
