You might find that your bread is close to its Best Before Date when it arrives. Unless you’re going to eat it straight away, we recommend that you freeze the bread on arrival and take out slices when you want them to defrost or toast—still the same great taste!

We developed our low-carb loaves for type-2 diabetics who miss bread. Obviously, everyone’s body reacts differently, but those who’ve eaten our low-carb loaf have had no discernible blood sugar increase after eating it. We do recommend that check with your doctor before gorging yourself on it, though… This is also a very high-fibre product, so we would caution against eating too much. 1 to 2 slices per day is ideal!
