Storage
In an effort to keep our pizza bases as simple and clean as we can make them, our low-carb pizza bases doesn't contain preservatives, which means it has a short shelf life. You might find that your pizza bases are close to their Best Before Date when it arrives. Unless you're going to eat it straight away, we recommend that you freeze the pizza bases on arrival and take them out to defrost when you want them —still the same great taste!

Hi all, just to double check, you take the base out of the freezer, throw on non-frozen sauce toppings and then cook the whole lot for 12-15 mins on 220? Thanks for any help!

I’ve tried several low-carb pizza bases before so I was expecting a cardboard-tasting thing to support some toppings and just hoped it didn’t have a strong enough flavour that it drowned the topping out. That’s not what I got. These are very similar in taste and texture to standard pizza bases you’d buy in any store, but still low-carb. Definitely a game changer if you want to be able to have an easy comfort food night.

These pizza bases are the best low carb ones I’ve come across. If you don’t like crispy bases, these are perfect for you, as they have just the right amount of chew. Make sure you get your toppings right up to the edge of the base, if you want to avoid a crunchy edge. You can make a really quick, tasty meal from these. I cook mine in my air fryer on the grill setting for a few minutes (depends on the topping). I add grated cheese about 2 minutes before the end of the cooking time, to avoid burnt cheese. Expensive, yes, but well worth it.
