We’re working to reorganise the company and to find new investors to support the venture and will let you, our 37k+ valued customers, know as soon as there is any news.For the moment, we would like to thank everyone who has supported us, bought our products and given us your feedback. It’s all been very much appreciated and has helped us shape the products that we’ve developed over three years of trading; products that many of you have come to rely on for your day-to-day.
Low Carb Food Co has been a labour of love for our small team. We’ve been on a difficult (but educative!) journey trying to meet the daily challenges of creating proper low-carb food—making sure that the nutrition is right, unlike many “low carb” brands out there. We’ve also faced a litany of problems with getting the food to our customers on time and in good condition, abandoning frozen deliveries a year ago in an attempt to course-correct. We’ve worked in the meantime to replace these products with ambient alternatives, and have had some great successes. Despite this, and having overcome so many obstacles, there now needs to be a pause in our story.
It remains our mission to make it easier for people to live a low-carb lifestyle. We believe 100% in the low-carb way of life, and we’ll do everything we can to resolve our issues and get back up and running.
