Simply put, joining our affiliate program allows you to earn a commission by promoting our products through a shareable link!

We provide you with a unique link (an “affiliate link”) from which we can track clicks, traffic and purchases. For every purchase on our website made through your link, you’ll earn a commission.

When someone clicks your unique affiliate link we place a “cookie” on their browser. You might have come across the term “cookie length” or “cookie life”, which simply defines how long the cookie will be tracking the user’s online activity.

Our affiliate cookie has a 60-day life, so your referral needs to make a purchase within 60-days of clicking your affiliate link in order for you to earn your commission.

At the moment, all the products we sell on our website are eligible for commission.

However, you can also link to other resources on our website that your audience might be interested in, such as our recipes or guides. The cookie placed on their browser, through your link, will ensure that you still earn your commission should they place an order within 60 days!

You can apply to our affiliate program by filling out the form on the affiliates page. Simply click “Register Now” and follow the instructions. If approved, you’ll be emailed your tracking link and other helpful tips to get you started.

Note: It can take up to 5 working days to get approved for the program.

You will earn a 5% commission on all shipped product sales generated through your personal link.

Shipped product sales mean that the commission is earned only after a placed order has been shipped. If an order is placed, but later cancelled before being shipped, we do not offer a commission.

Commission payments are sent out via PayPal at the end of each month whenever you generate more than £25 in total commissions. If you don’t hit this threshold, your total commission will roll over to the following month.

Yes, once you are approved for our program, our affiliate program includes real-time reporting where you can see the number of people you are sending to our site, the conversions, sales and pending commissions.

Sales are tracked when a customer clicks through your affiliate link and completes a purchase. When a link is clicked, it places a cookie on the browser and will track any sale that takes place within 60 days. If the customer successfully signs up with your affiliate link, your account will be credited with the referral commission.

Note: There are factors beyond our control that can impact affiliate link tracking. The most common ones being cookie and ad blocker extensions installed in web browsers.

There are a few reasons why a sale may not track correctly. Whether it is due to caching, a cookie not firing or your link being used incorrectly, our affiliate team can investigate the issue for you. In order to claim credit for a missing referral, you must notify us within 30 days of the purchase date and you’ll be required to provide certain information to verify the account details.

There are multiple reasons why your commission might have been voided. The most common reason for voided commissions is order cancellation. If you want more information about a specific transaction, please email the transaction ID to the team at affiliates@lowcarbfood.co and we’ll investigate.
