Ingredients
- 1 Low-carb pizza base cook from frozen
- 1 tbsp Unsalted butter
- 1 clove Garlic minced
- 10 g Cream cheese
- 5 g Parmesan cheese
- Salt & Pepper pinch of each
- 1 - 2 Boneless chicken thighs cooked and cut into pieces
- 20 g Shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 dl Milk
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 170°C (fan)
- Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Add garlic and cook until fragrant, about 30 secounds.
- Add the cream cheese and mix until smooth.
- Gradually add the milk, stirring until smooth.
- Stir in the parmesan cheese, salt and pepper.
- Spoon the alfredo sauce onto your pizza base. Add a thin layer of mozzarella, the chopped chicken, more mozzarella and then a sprinkle of remaining parmesan cheese.
- Place the pizza on the rack in the middle of the oven and cook for 10 minutes until the cheese is golden and melted.
Notes
For even more flavour, try adding your favourite Italian herbs before placing the pizza in the oven!
