Our key focus during the initial phase is to establish a core product range that we’ve struggled to find in UK supermarkets, comprising baked goods, low-carb ready meals and full-fat meat and ingredients that will provide customers with enough choice through a one-stop online shop to allow them to follow a low-carb, high-fat diet “on the go”.

The range will then be expanded and refined, driven by customer feedback and expert nutritional and medical advice.

Baked Goods

Our proposed initial range to establish our presence in the marketplace will include a number of varieties of bread and fat bombs, with plans for cakes, biscuits, pasta and pizza.

Breads are a perfect vehicle for functional ingredients rather than empty calories. By simply switching a single staple food such as bread rolls or chapatis away from standard flour, huge changes can be made to the nutritional balance of meals. Low-carb, high-fibre breads have minimal blood glucose impact, making them ideal for an everyday healthy diet and particularly appropriate for diabetics, weight-loss programs and low-carb dieters. They also taste great, giving them universal appeal!

We intend to take advantage of being an early-market entrant in an industry that we believe is ripe for change.

Carb Content

Normal bread is around 40–50% carbs, and typical “low carb” breads currently available in UK supermarkets contain around 15% carbs and are unsuitable for diabetics.

Ours are less than 5%, based on a specially developed low-carb, high-fibre flour. Whilst it’s possible to make it at home, it and products like it, are rare, and unavailable in UK supermarkets.

Ready Meals

Understanding the need for utility and convenience, we’re working with relevant suppliers to provide a wide range of high-quality, low-carb ready meals containing 5–15g of carbs per serving.

Full-Fat Meat

We’ll be working with local farmers to source high-quality, grass-fed meat to produce sausages, burgers and other favourite meat products that retain their natural high-fat content whilst excluding the usual hidden carbohydrates and fillers.

Utilising traditional breeds of free-range sheep, cattle, pigs and poultry, we’ll supply customers directly with nutritious meat produced by age-old, non-intensive methods.
